Have you ever felt like life is moving forward while you’re standing still? Or perhaps you’re progressing, but not quite reaching your full potential? Life coaching offers a way to break through these barriers, helping you find clarity, set goals, and create a path toward the life you want.

In as little as one hour, a coaching session can help you start defining your goals and taking the first steps toward fulfilling your dreams.

The ACSIS Story: Coaching with Purpose

ACSIS Life Coaching began with a shared passion for helping others realize their potential. Co-founders Sam Kinsey-Briggs and Lloyd Allen first met while serving in the Royal Navy. Their paths later diverged, but a chance reunion at the Windsor Leadership Trust Emerging Strategic Leaders Programme (2023/24) became the turning point.

During this program, both Sam and Lloyd experienced the life-changing power of coaching. Structured yet transformative conversations gave them clarity in their own journeys, inspiring a shared vision: to help others gain confidence, set meaningful goals, and achieve their full potential. Over drinks at Cumberland House in Windsor Great Park, ACSIS Life Coaching was born.

What Is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a forward-focused partnership designed to empower you to unlock your potential. Unlike therapy or counselling, it’s about defining where you want to go and creating a plan to get there.

Here’s how life coaching works:

Building Clarity: Identify what you truly want and why it matters.

Creating a Plan: Develop actionable steps that align with your values and goals.

Providing Accountability: Stay on track with support and encouragement.

Why Life Coaching Is on the Rise

Life coaching has become one of the fastest-growing industries, with good reason. According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), 70% of people who work with a coach report improved work performance, relationships, and communication skills.

Sam and Lloyd’s own experiences underscore this. As veterans of the Royal Navy, they bring resilience, adaptability, and structure to their coaching practice. Their mission is simple: to empower you to define and achieve success on your terms.

Who Can Benefit from Coaching?

  • Everyone, Anyone

  • A service leaver adjusting to civilian life

  • An ex-athlete transitioning to new challenges

  • A professional seeking clarity and balance

  • Or someone ready to move forward in life

ACSIS Life Coaching is here to guide you.
